(True) Story Time...

So a realtor friend asked me to do a clearing for a home that she had listed. (This is something I do for my real estate clients all the time!)

Here's what happened...

The house was listed and had an offer pretty quick that then fell through. The house then sat with no activity. When this realtor reached out she sounded a little hopeless about the timing of anything happening any time soon.

There was NOTHING happening.

So I did the clearing on the house and Land. The heart of this home was holding on to some secrets from the past. When we completed the clearing, the next day there were 3 showings booked and it went under contract within days.

So yes, the market is always shifting.

And when we work with the homes and the Land and the PEOPLE who are the stewards of these homes and Land in ways where we are deeply listening, supporting the highest and best good for all involved, and working WITH the Land,

And this is not some big surprise, this happens again and again and again.
