Last night in my community we explored the energies of Expansion and Contraction...

These are so relevant with the upcoming planetary energies on Solstice this Monday!

When we begin to work with BOTH of these energies together, they can inform and upgrade our system to be able to receive the wisdom that is present.

There are specific times when we are ready to move through the next big expansion - where we literally expand our entire container, possibilities, framework, what is available.

And there are other times when we are integrating, embodying, being in the pause, or getting ready for the next up level.

When we are working with our own Creation Cycle in alignment with our own design we are able to be propelled forward instead of consciously or unconsciously resisting or slowing the whole thing down (or sitting in the immense discomfort that shows itself when we fight against our own growth)!

Noticing when you are ready for your next big up level - upgrading your framework of what is available and possible...

and when it is time for refinement.
