Refining the Energy of Work...

It’s the weekend, but can you truly relax, unwind, and come into restoration?

I have found in the energy body of many people with a big mission and vision that there is an energetic mechanism that keeps their system working harder than it needs to - at all times.

There’s a hum, a spinning, a cycling, an always on mechanism that runs.

This always on running of energy is an energy leak or an energy drain.

With this mechanism, everything that is done requires more effort, more energy.

This can be released and the system can be upgraded, but what I notice is that one of the underlying causes of this is the definition we hold as a society about our value in relation to work.

But not in the way that work is about what we create.

It is about how our work is about our effort.

This has us holding a subtle (or not so subtle) program that says the more effort we do, the more valuable we are.

And this simply is not true. Can you feel that in your body?

So many have picked up this energetic misunderstanding along the way and some part of them said - oh yeah? I can effort all the time! I can effort 10 times the amount that’s even necessary! I can effort even preparing to do the effort! I can stress out, be exhausted, and have my mind or body churning while I think about preparing to do the effort!

Ummmmm... nope. Not necessary.

I understand that this once served in it’s rightful place and right direction. But it has become something unwieldy and out of alignment for what is truly required at this time.

What is required here and now is to come into right relationship with the true definition of work, and aligning with the energy of creation.

It is about releasing the part of us that is holding the program of working so hard just to work and beginning to see that creation comes at all times and in all ways. There are just different stages that are to be honored specifically and uniquely along the way.

And if we are out of sync with the stages and trying to go one way when it’s not truly the time, we can amp up this mechanism again, and drain ourselves of the very creation energy that is here to partner with us.
